UPLUS follows a structured quality-control process throughout production. Incoming materials are inspected before production, finished fixtures undergo at least 48 hours of aging testing, and products are checked by QC before packing. Waterproof models also undergo waterproof testing, while moving head fixtures are subject to hanging safety tests and high- and low-voltage testing. The IP1000 BSW supports 26 / 28 / 39-channel DMX512 modes, allowing engineers and programmers to select the appropriate control level for different systems. It provides 540° pan, 270° tilt with 16-bit movement resolution, four dimming curves and smooth 0–100% linear dimming. With a net weight of 27.5 kg including the folding hook, the fixture is designed for professional truss mounting, touring systems and fixed stage-lighting installations.

Combined with the 3.8°–50° zoom, these functions allow designers to create narrow aerial beams, textured projections, dynamic effects and wide stage coverage.
